As the holidays approach, I’m reminded of the universal power of play. While we use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for business transformation, these colorful bricks have a special way of bringing people together during the festive season – whether you’re 8 or 80.
The magic of LEGO® bricks extends beyond structured workshops into meaningful holiday moments. When families gather, shared building experiences can spark conversations that might not happen otherwise.
Holiday Family Activity: Try this simple LSP-inspired exercise at your gathering:
- Have each person build a model representing their favorite holiday memory
- Share stories behind the builds
- Create a shared holiday scene combining everyone’s models
- Use the scene to spark conversations about family traditions
