Jolynn D. Ledgerwood has over 25 years experience in Learning and Development. Her experience spans Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Professional Services, IT, and Cyber Security. She has worked with several large companies including PepsiCo, Brinker International, FritoLay, Critical Start, and Toyota Motors.

While she enjoyed her work in the large corporate setting, she was discouraged by the methodologies for Team Building and allowing ALL members a voice. When she found LEGO®️ Serious Play®️, she was drawn to its familiarity and plentiful application opportunities. (LSP has over 15,000 facilitators in the Europe countries, and only 100+ in the US.). She added it to her list of Certifications including Bob Goff’s Dream Big, The Primal Question, and Gallup StrengthsFinder.
